The Story
Neffi.AI is a productivity app designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals, with a particular focus on users with ADHD. Rather than forcing users into generic productivity frameworks, the app was conceived to work with how neurodivergent minds actually function — addressing the unique challenges of focus, task management, and digital distractions.
Neffi.AI's founder came to Vivify with a deeply personal mission: to build a tool that the existing productivity market simply wasn't offering. Most apps on the market are designed for neurotypical users, and the experience of trying to use them can actually make focus and organization harder for neurodivergent individuals. We partnered on a full product discovery and design engagement — researching the target audience, mapping out the features that would genuinely serve this community, and designing an experience that felt supportive rather than overwhelming. The result is a fully designed product with a clear roadmap, ready for development.
