The Story
FLIP is a mobile platform designed to help fitness facilities tackle one of the industry's biggest challenges — member retention. The concept addresses a real pain point: fitness businesses lose billions annually to high turnover, and most lack the tools to build meaningful connections with and between their members.
Like Business Builderz, FLIP's founder had spent two years working with developers who couldn't bring the full vision to life. The product needed more than just code — it needed strategic thinking around user experience, community engagement, and how gyms and fitness facilities would actually adopt and use the platform.
